Recorded at the ABC studios in Ultimo in April 2024, Of The Body marries a new song cycle by Dan Walker with some of our favourite Renaissance repertoire. Each movement of Dan Walker’s song cycle is devoted to an anatomical part: the eyes, the hands, the mouth, the feet, the blood, and finally, the heart. Of the Body traverses sex, sensuality, our flesh and blood; to exploring our corporeal form in a distinctly contemporary context.

Featuring music by Dan Walker, Gerard Brophy, Luca Marenzio, Orlande de Lassus, Adrien Willaert, Devendra Banhart and more.

The Children’s Bach
Opera by Andrew Schultz (2008), Libretto by Glenn Perry after Helen Garner. Recorded live at the Canberra International Music Festival, directed by Roland Peelman (2019).

The Children’s Bach, an opera in two acts, was commissioned in 2008 by Chamber Made Opera, Melbourne with the aid of a Project Fellowship from the Music Board, Australia Council. The libretto was supported by The RE Ross Trust Playwrights' Script Development Awards. This recording was made at The Fitter’ s Workshop, Canberra in May 2019. Wirripang records.
